Free Introductory Session.
Approaching counselling can be daunting and I aim to make this process easier. I would like to invite you for a free exploratory session in which I can explain the way I work, you can ask any questions that you may have and discover whether I am the right Counsellor/Supervisor for you.

​Cost and availability of sessions​
Normally, sessions last 45/50 minutes and cost £60. Sometimes hour long sessions are preferred and these are charged at £70. Parent and child 50minute sessions are £65. Parent and Child reviews last a minimum of an hour begin at £75 p/hr.

Concessions

The accessibility of counselling is important to me and I offer some concessionary appointments at £50 for counselling trainees and Uni students. Please feel free to discuss this with me at your initial enquiry. My session times are as follows: -

Monday- Thursday: 10:00- 19:00. 
If these times don't work for you, please contact me because there may be room for some flexibility.

Supervision.

I offer a free introductory session and subsequent clinical supervision at £60 p/hr; £85 p/hr+1/2; £110 for 2hrs, and a concessionary rate for a limited number of L4 Counselling trainees of £55 p/hr; £80 p/hr +1/2  £100 for 2hrs Please feel free to contact me for more details. Thank you.
